We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note: We do not require customers to return items to a physical address in most cases. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the order has been processed or shipped
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Minor delays in shipping (within the stated delivery timeframe)

Damages, incorrect items, or issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if:

  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order is incomplete

To process your request, we may require photo or video evidence.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, please contact us. If eligible, we may provide a replacement or guide you through placing a new order.

Return shipping

If a return is required:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We will provide return instructions when applicable

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
